The sky seems to blend into the earth at Glacier National Park in Montana. The days are full of magnificant cloud formations which reflect perfectly in the many lakes that are surrounded by glaciers. Sometimes you have to stop and look closely at where you are in this dizzingly electrified atmosphere. This series of two large canvases can be hung side by side or in the corner on perpendicular walls.

Our nations sixty-three (63) national parks offer us all an opportunity to free our spirit and dream. Their unique natural wonders and unforgettable terrains are embedded in our memories long after we have left them and returned home. I have visited twenty-five of them in my adulthood, stopping to sketch or paint en plein air at many. I try to capture the energy that I feel pulsating from these breathtaking vistas with expressionist brushstrokes and highly energized colors. Nature is so alive to me that I want to capture these moments in perpetuity and share these sacred experiences with my viewers.
